The Diamond of the Week award goes to:
Don Lemon
Although I don’t necessarily agree with every opinion that Don Lemon brings to the forefront on certain topics, he hit it on the nail with the Michael Dunn trial. Everything that I was thinking, he said it clearly and I love him for it. Many of us would’ve wanted Michael Dunn found guilty for first degree murder but at least he was found guilty on four out of the five charges for attempted murder in regards to the other teens that Dunn was shooting at in the SUV…which means he’ll still serve a prison term of at least 60 years for the death of Jordan Davis. Either way, it is still a sad situation for the family of Jordan Davis, a nightmare that I hope they can start to recover from.
