DIY: Pencil Holder

Posted on the 19 July 2013 by Marissa Sexton @marissa_ela
This project took me all of but 10 minutes from start-to-finish with 4 items, so I'm not sure it's up there with the Before & Afters of our time. But it's cute AND has a purpose. BAZINGA!
What You'll Need:
paper plates glasses Mod Podge  Glitter (various colors)
Instructions: 1. Pour good amounts of Mod Podge & Glitter onto two separate paper plates. 2. Start by dipping the rim of the glass in the Mod Podge. 4. Then, while Mod Podge is still wet, dip rim into glitter. Be sure to cover entire rim. Gently tap glass to shake off excess. 5. Let dry thoroughly.
NOTE: I found that trying 2 coats after I let the first dry, was too thick.
