Single Serving of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder I used Nutrisystem's Chocolate Protein Powder (110 calories)
1/2 Teaspoon(Can change to your preference) BLEND TOGETHER, then add 1 cup of ice.

BLEND AGAIN!
