I got home and decided it was time to make Kamana a new collar. So he now has a plaid and blue collar. He laid perfectly still while I was adjusting and pinning his collar (but didn't want to sit still for the pictures).
He's been so up and down (mood-wise) because he's taking antibiotics and there's a small amount of steroids in them. He's been eating non-stop and one moment he's sleeping soundly and then in an instant he's back up jumping around. I kind of screwed up the med schedule because they threw out a ton of numbers; 3 pills, 12 hours, 3 days, 3 pills, 24 hours, 3 days... so I got it all mixed up and was giving him less. The vet wasn't concerned, but now we just have to keep him on the low dose until it runs out (I think he'll gain 10 lbs by the end of it).
I received my side cutter attachment for my sewing machine. I was afraid it got lost in the mail, but for some reason the post office has a difficult time sorting mail. The person with the same house numbers but on the other street often gets our mail and we sometimes get theirs. So that's where it was and she brought it by today. Thanks good/nice neighbor. Now the sewing madness begins!
Party #2 is coming up and the good news is that it's not at our house. The bad news is that we still probably have to set up and take down. But the cookies are already made! It turns out I didn't need them for the first party so they're ready for the second party (and I promise I'll post pictures then). I get to see my sister as well, so that's pretty exciting. It's been a while!
