Fashion Show!

Okay, okay, I'll admit it. Despite all my past whinning, ranting, and raving I am actually beginning to like my job. After discussing a lot of my past concerns with supervisors a lot of them understood where my pessimism was coming from - I started at the worst time in my company's history. Everyone was quitting, everyone was working 70+ hour work weeks, it was office hell. I came in expecting things to be handed on a silver platter and they didn't.
And then I started asking for the things I wanted. They came handed to me right away. All of a sudden there was an influx of networking events that I was invited to. The auditors (most tax accountants consider them adversaries) invited me out to a dinner and then started giving me the clients I wanted to be on. Work is wonderful now. Recently one of the events I represented my company was a fashion show. (Start chanting with me: FASHION SHOW! FASHION SHOW! FASHION SHOW!) Excuse me for the terrible picture quality. I need to invest in a real camera.
Free booze, beautfiul people wearing beautiful outfits, wasted announcers - so much fun! How do I make this a permanent lifestyle?
On a different note, I saw this on Facebook this morning and died. So so true...
