1. Spring Break!
It is Spring Break next week and I couldn’t be more grateful for a break from school! Em and I are making plans to take a day trip on my day off, so it will be nice to get out and do something. As for the rest of the week, there’s nothing planned…at least not yet. I’m just looking forward to a week where I don’t have to worry about homework and class.
2. The End of History
Let’s just say I’m glad that class is over and leave it at that.
3. PB&J’s
I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve been eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches this past week like it’s my job. My favorite combo is creamy peanut butter with apple jelly, although today I’m eating it with strawberry jelly. You should try it with Pepperidge Farm’s Honey Wheat bread. De-flipping-licious. I gave up on the peanut butter and banana sandwiches because, for whatever reason, they always made me feel like crap afterward.
4. Friends
Em says I need more in-person friends. Not that y’all aren’t great, but it’s not like I can call you up on a random Tuesday and say, “Wanna grab coffee?” While that would be super cool, I don’t see any of us hitching a ride on a jet plane to meet at a quaint coffee shop. (Although, I would totally do that for y’all if I had my own jet. Maybe I should take flying lessons, or you know, learn how to apparate). You see, the problem remains that I don’t know where to go to meet people ny age besides 5 Points (which is scary) or The Vista (which is scary). Even still, there are crazy people out there. I would no sooner hit a bar by myself than I would cast an unforgivable curse. Okay, well maybe I would do imperio, but that’s it.
5. Instagram
Is any other Droid user as annoyed as I am about these people’s lack of Android love? If it’s a dollar you want, fine! Charge me a dollar, I’ll freaking pay for the app. But, honestly, go Droid you turds! I say that with all the love in my heart.
