I need to improve my weekend eating. I woke up this morning feeling hung over and so out of it and it is not from alcohol. It is from food. I literally was hung over from all the starchy carbs and sugar I ate all weekend. Yes there was alcohol mixed in too, but seriously it was mainly food. I need to get a grip. I ruined all my hard work during the week with pizza, chips, crackers, cheese… JUNK. Once I start, I can’t stop. It’s terrible and I always feel so gross afterwards.
I really need to stop this terrible pattern.
In the mean time, it’s Monday. I started the week off right by waking up and working out. Hopefully I can do it for more than 4 days in a row.
Morning Workout
- Run at level 8 for 90 seconds. Then back off for3 minutes at level 4
- Repeat 6 times total
- Cool Down
I am going to be doing the Self Diet Club and joining in on the Beach Week… hopefully something will make me change my ways.
