Ingredients:
1 lb. Chicken Wings
Frank's Red Hot Buffalo SauceSpectrum Coconut Oil
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a deep baking dish and lightly dust with Lawry's Seasoning Salt. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. In a deep frying pan, heat coconut oil on medium-high until it begins to boil.
3. Place 4-5 chicken pieces skin side down in oil for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook additional 3-5 minutes. Continue until all chicken is crisped.
4. Place a few pieces of chicken at a time in a Ziploc bag and pour over buffalo sauce. Toss evenly. Continue until all chicken is coated.
5. Plate and serve!
