Take a moment to consider what it means for you to be free - -

What do you value about being free?

What does it mean to you to have a free mind?

What does it mean to you to have a free body?


Lists:


List up to 5 moments in the past week where you let your mind free.

List 5 to 10 ways you felt freedom as a child.

List 5 to 10 ways others have attempted to take your freedom from you.

Bonus: Take one of your responses to your list and turn that item into a vignette - sort of a short story from the memory from that list item. Continue to play with those lists as prompts.
