Friday

Posted on the 10 March 2012 by Paige
The day before yesterday Grandpa called and asked if my sister and I wanted to go to St. Lawrence market on Friday. Me and grandpa tried to go once before but it was closed. So we went yesterday and it was actually pretty boring, it was mostly meat. They did have a few vegetables but nothing we didn't already have at home. They did have some cute shirts for babies but I don't have a baby. I was expecting more vegetables at the market, I might go again in the summer when the outdoor section is open. After we left the market we still had lots of parking time left so we decided to walk around outside. We just walked around and saw the old buildings until it started to snow and the wind made it hard to see.
After that we went to Cineplex to watch Dr. Seuss' The Lorax in 3D. The 3D was really good and the point of the story was really clear. Take care of the environment and nature or it won't be there one day. "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." Dr Seuss. Grandpa said it was the best 3D movie he has ever seen. It was pretty close to the book with a few detail changes. The original movie that was made while Dr. Seuss was still alive was only 20 minutes long. In the original movie it didn't show everything getting better and didn't talk about the little boy as much.
The 1st video is part of the original movie the 2nd video is the trailer for the new one.
