It has been a while since I participated in one Jenn’s weekly WIAW parties! Since the them is Fall and I LOVE Fall, I thought I would join in.
I have been trying to incorporate a lot more fruits and veggies into my diet. I find myself snacking all day, especially when there is food all over the office! My theory is if I fill up on fruits and veggies I will be less tempted by the cookies. It doesn’t always work, but I will keep trying till it does!
Dinner was baked tilapia, a sweet potato and brocolli. Eating a well balanced dinner is filling and makes so much more sense than picking on random foods around the kitchen. Yet, I seem to snack my way through dinner most nights!
This is a meal I need to eat more often. I bet it would help me feel better about myself, tone up and lose those pesky extra pounds. Popcorn, ice cream and PB are not helping!
