Get Your Green In

Get Your Green InBroccoli has always been a vegetable I could take or leave until I found this recipe on a healthy website called Spark People.  This free site offers plan, support, community and delicious recipes for those wanting to lose weight.
This quick and easy recipe takes 2 1/2 Cups of steamed broccoli (I cheat a bit and use the frozen ready to microwave steam bags)
1 clove of garlic minced
2 Tablespoons Promise Spread
and 2 Tablespoons of your favorite Teriyaki Marinade.
Steam broccoli; while broccoli steams, stir together minced garlic, Promise Spread and Teriyaki Marinade.  When broccoli is finished, place immediately into marinade mixture and toss until well-covered.  Enjoy!!
