Hey cupcakes! So we all read and see hundreds of posts on how to do different hairstyles, make up, how to wear this or that, but we never really see posts on how NOT to do a desired thing. Well no nobody s perfect and i think its important to show those imperfect sides on blogs, websites and YouTube pages.
So I decided to take an upside down approach and share with you all how not to curl faux locs. Well basically my intention was to curl them, but they ended up looking straighter than before! haha..opps!. I did bantu knots the day before soooo confident that they will curl they next day but hey, it didnt work!
I think I should've used heat of some sort or just did two strand twists and but them in hot water. Or maybe the hair type I used was too coarse to curl ( Click Here to see what hair piece used to do my faux locs) So yes, bantu knotting will not curl faux locs as I sadly realized. I'll try a different method or maybe just watch more YouTube videos!
