If you had to sum up your blog in two sentences, what would you say?
The most entertaining, hilarious, heart-breaking, sweet treat for your soul. Plus, ice cream!
What thing did you do today as a parent you wish you could take back and do over?
OMG, I wish I hadn’t said, “Sure, baby, I’ll help you put together that Lego thing.” Hours of my life, a million tiny pieces and now I can’t stop!
What thing did you do today that you are happiest about?
I woke up and saw my boys. The rest is bonus.
What is your least favorite activity to do with your children?
Bedtime. It takes forever to get them there. Then, they beg for stories and I have zero memory. I don’t even get their names right half the time. Also, by then I’m usually cranky and I am ready for that glass of wine. I try to sneak out, but they always suck me in with their cursed sweet, needy voices. They promise love, but generally they just want me to get them something.
What is your most favorite activity to do with your children?
Bedtime. Their beautiful, sleepy faces. The quiet. The wine… Wait, that isn’t technically an activity with them. Hmmm. Well, I do love kicking their little asses at ping pong! Bahahaha!
When your child drives you absolutely crazy and you want to scream a curse word, which word do you wish you could say?
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccck, howled long and hard like a dying animal being ripped to shreds.
What’s your favorite lie you have ever told your child?
I’m only getting to eat ice cream because I already had dinner. And I tell it on an extremely regular basis.
At what moment did you realize that you really were grown up?
Shut up! No way!! Am not!! Stick and Stones!! FTHTTTHHPPPPPPPP!! Lalalalalala – I can’t hear you!
