Internet Dating!! WTF?

Posted on the 19 April 2012 by Nickmcdonald @W_W_O_Nick_McD
I started Internet dating a few days ago. I don't know why. It wasn't like it was something I had been thinking about I was kind of just bored and on craigslist looking around then before I knew it I had a match.com profile. I haven't met anyone yet, I don't know what I would do if I did! I guess I would like to meet them I don't know. What kind of people try to find people on the Internet? Is it acceptable for attractive people to use dating sites? It doesn't sound right to me; you never here one of you friends talking about this hot chick he met on e harmony! I don't know! Is this normal? There was only like 10 girls my age on match.com but some of them were pretty cute. I would like your opinion on this, leave me a comment. Do you thing this is weird? Should I be trying to meet girls at the mall or something? How do people get together now-a-days?
I want a girlfriend. How do I get one? I don't go to school anymore, I don't have a job, I'm in a new city where I don't know anyone, I'm to young to go to a bar or a club, I don't even drink! So how else can I find someone besides going on line and putting my picture up with all of the other helpless losers.
I'm not quite sure what to make of this yet. Will it help? I don't know, but it can't hurt. In my last post "Technology" I talked about the Internet bringing us all together, how Internet interactions are just as real and meaningful and ones that happen face to face if not more so. Am I right about this? Seriously this isn't a rhetorical question I want to know your opinion on this!!!
My advise for this post : Fuck it, I have made my decision  it is totally fucking awesome to find a date online, what is the harm they are people and I'm a person, if it works it is the same as any other relationship it doesn't matter how we met. So make a profile, put a personals ad on craigslist just make sure they are who they say they are before meeting them in person, you don't want to wind up dead, thats never a fun time.
Good night, (It is night right now when I am writing this)
