Just Do It!

I was reading this from a friend’s Facebook page and she was definitely right to the point where I had to fully repost her quote: “Ladies, the only person that we are in competition with is ourselves.  We need to stop trying to bully, harass, belittle, gossip, and or expose one another.  It is not impressive at all. It actually speaks more about you than the other person.  We are all guilty of making poor choices and not living up to our full potential. However, as we mature, through life experiences,  we should be redefining our mentality and habits to create a new and better us. Remember two of the most powerful weapons ever is the mind and the tongue. Use your mind and words to help and heal rather than to hurt.
