I am a strong supporter that children is learning through play that is why I wanted to share our lovely experience at Kidzoona located at 5th Level, Waltermart Makati.
Kidzoona is operated by Aeon Fantasy Group, a Japan-based company. Kidzoona comes from the Japanese word Kizuna means the "bond" or "connection" between a parent and a child.
The moment Luigi step in Kidzoona, he is very happy and excited! Who wouldn't be excited if you are surrounded with toys? Toys are tools that help children learn about themselves. As they play, they learn to get along with others and develop fine and gross motor skills.This indoor playground is both educational and entertaining. It is big, neat, safe and fun-filled environment. It is divided into areas: The Toddler Area, Role Play Town, Ball Pool, Cyber Wheel, Toy Corner, Event Corner and the Parent and Guardian Lounge.
Kidzoona Toddler Area
Most of the indoor playground caters to 3-12 years old that is why most of the parents are hesitant to let their kids enter an indoor playground for safety reasons. This is the reason why Kidzoona decided to have a toddler area to cater to 0-2 years old kids. The branch in Waltermart Makati is the first branch of Kidzoona to have a toddler area where the little ones can climb, slide, jump, crawl or just want to have a little exercise with their parents.

Role Play Town
This area allows children to play and pretend to be postman, chef, ice cream shop owner, sushi maker, fireman all in one day! Each role comes with cute little outfits for them to wear.
I would say that this is my favorite area because there are several stalls for young kids to do pretend play. There are some pretend play scenarios I loved playing as a child and now I get to watch Luigi do the same.
Now here comes the bonus part: Play encourages communication. It allows opportunity to develop speech, language and listening skills. Luigi and I talk while we play. I love seeing and hearing some of the scenarios my son come up with.

Ball-Pool
The Ball Pool area contains approximately 100,000 white, blue and yellow mini playground balls. Let the kids try the ball pool to dive, walk, swim and throw balls in it.

Cyber Wheel
My son and his playmates enjoyed laying down inside and pushing this giant wheel.

Toy Corner
This corner brings out imagination through educational toys for kids to play and enjoy. There are trains, doll houses, magnetic shapes, puzzles etc. suitable for building fine motor skills.
Event CornerI am amazed because the Kidzoona staff prepared games for kids. Winners and non-winners of the game received a small token from Kidzoona. Observing the staff, I can say that they are very effective and efficient because even if there are lots of kids, parents and guardians in the area, they are always there to watch and assist you and your kids.
Kidzoona Parent/Guardian Lounge
I appreciate this area because (if you have older kids) you can stay here and watch your kids from afar. Not all indoor playgrounds have these cozy lounges.
