“The Guardian”

“ The Guardian” serves as recognition of the role Native People have played in the State of Oklahoma. By , depicting a proud Native American warrior standing resolute.
I fell in love with this sculpture at the WinStarWorld Casino/Hotel.A casino at the border of Oklahoma. I took dozens of pictures of “The Guardian” at every angel. The above, YouTube video is of my favorite shots.
All photos where taken with my iPhone. Where I used the Retrica photo app using the brown filter within that app. This produced some grand silhouettes and nice glowing lighting. Which made the statue come to life for me. This made me so happy with the outcome. That I didn’t to share them one at time.
So, Instead I made a slide show using the Vintagio . With that app I was able to use my own music. I than chose to use the movie app’s , 1980’s film filter.This gave my first production, a mood of something mystic and found.
I guess that’s why the song by an Indie band from Oklahoma:Other Lives : For 12 . song played in my head as I took my countless pictures, as the hotel security watched me nervously.

Why? Because as a full time Instagramer, I stood on his mount, and sat on the ground to get my pictures. I n fact I did this all through the place.

So stay tune! Because I came home with some awesome photos to share of my experience at the WinStar casino/ resort . Also, Big Thanks to them for being understanding as I enjoyed every minute I was there. I will return soon :)
