I pack a lunch every morning with nearly unchanging staple ingredients.  I’ve found my holy grail in this particular food combination; it satisfies my nutrition and flavor needs, and the protein keeps my o-negative body type satiated and full for the rest of the afternoon.

Chicken breast, 111 calories

String cheese, 60 calories

Cherry tomatoes, 15 calories

Fresh basil, 1 calorie

I didn’t even need to eat the grapes (110 calories)!  I’ll save them for a post-yoga snack.
