Macau - The 8 Restaurant @ Grand Lisboa The 8 Restaurant is located on 2/F of Grand Lisboa Hotel. This is my 2nd time having lunch here.
The Eight is one of the Michelin-rated restaurant (2-stared rated) within the Lisboa complex. An intimate Chinese restuarant with a delightful lavish interior, The Eight offers exquisite Cantonese and Huaiyang cuisine and invites you to experience classic Chinese dining with an elegant and creative touch. The lunch time menu features over 50 kinds of dim sum for discerning diners. Private rooms are also available for gatherings or celebrations.

Macau - The 8 Restaurant @ Grand Lisboa This is the starter provided by the restaurant. The Chief's special.
The left one is a bit spicy, very crispy beef.
The right one is some sort of seafood and it's very light and gets you in the appetite to eat.

Overall experience
I really enjoy the food and amazed by the price. On average, everyone pays MOP 150 for this quality of food and with the environment, I personally think that it is very worth going! The food was amazing and you will actually feel full after eating, but not a sense of oiliness!
If you have chance, you should visit this restaurant! Please note that you have to book the restaurant at least 2 weeks in advance to secure a table! You can find the menu here
