… From Wedding to Obituary in 3.5!
So, last night I was chatting with my mom while scrolling thorough my Facebook Newsfeed… and this happened!
Me: Mom I really love that “Waiting to Exhale” pic of you at the wedding. The one that I posted on Mother’s Day!
Mom: Oh me too! That’s my “Praise is what I do” picture!
(yeah, we like nicknames)
Me: It’s a good one! Of all my wedding photos, that’s my favorite of you!
Mom: Your brother took it with a cell phone!
Me: (listening)
Mom continued: I was in my own world! The day was so perfect, everything was so beautiful, we were in the middle of taking photos, and I meandered off… I think I was holding back tears.
Me: (still kinda’ listening and scrolling through Facebook)
Mom continued: I love that he [my brother] got it! I want to use that one for my obituary.
Me: (blink-blink, full attention returned) … Uh, and with that, you just got yourself blogged, and we’re done here!
Mom: What?
Me: Really?
