I have had the best time watching High Tyde’s career. High Tyde is a band from Brighton, England, and they were the very first band I ever wrote about in my Songstress Spotlight. That was two years ago, and today, they are selling out shows all over the UK. Their music is fun and real. It is refreshing to hear talented musicians with soulful vocals making new sounds that are not among the mainstream you usually hear but still draw you in nonetheless.
I’m writing about them again today, because they just released a new single yesterday called “Mustang Japan,” and they have a new EP called “Fuzz” coming out on Monday, too. I’m so excited for them, and I love supporting their music in any way that I can, because I truly believe in them. I can’t wait for the day that they tour here in the US, and I can finally see them live, which I have a feeling is where they thrive.
So, CLICK HERE to listen to their new tune on Soundcloud, and if you feel like pre-ordering the whole shebang, CLICK HERE to be directed to iTunes.
While you’re at it, CLICK HERE and like them on Facebook, too, and show a little support to some good Indie music with a bright future! You gotta love live musicians with a good work ethic and talent. It’s an unusual combo in today’s music scene, and I know you’ll love these guys as much as I do!
