Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!!!
This day only became special to me in recent years. Yes, I wore green clothes as a child terrified that I’d get pinched by some crazy green mean leprechaun, but it wasn’t until I met my husband 12 years ago that I really started embracing this day. The reason for the new appreciation is that today is his birthday. In honor of my wonderful hubby’s day and in honor of St. Patty’s day, I also want to dote on the amazing music from Ireland. I’ve written several blogs already about how much I love Irish music, but today, I want to help guide you find the best music to listen to in celebration. My song of the day is Sinead O’Conner’s “Nothing Compares 2U” as my way to combine Irish flavor and my hubby’s b-day. He’s the best, and I love that there’s a bit ‘o the Irish as a part of his day.
