Good Morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend.
Today, I want to talk about a little hydration drink called Nuun. I found Nuun a couple summer’s ago and have been obsessed ever since! I wrote about them here and here and you can find me with Nuun wherever I go; on long drives, easily available by the kitchen sink and obviously you can find them in my bed. I always have Nuun with me!

Nuun is putting together a team of female bloggers to run the 31st Hood to Coast Relay and I really really really want to be on one of the teams! Did you know this race is the world’s longest relay. You start at an elevation of 6,000 ft., on top of Oregon’s tallest mountain, Mt. Hood (11,234 ft), where I would go and train every summer for skiing. You finish at sea level at the Pacific Ocean in Seaside, Oregon and cover 199 miles. There are 36 legs split up between each relay team.

For years, every summer I would be strapping on my skis, getting ready for ski racing practice, while the Hood to Coast runners were lacing up their sneakers in preparation for their relay race. As I would watch the excitement and anticipation of the Hood to Coast start I vowed one day I would run in the relay. I hope that I can check this off my bucket list by running with the Nuun Blogger team.

Here is the comic strip submission I put together! Wish me luck
