I found a brand new 5-subject notebook that I never used for school, and wrote "Aly's Everyday" on the top.
The five tabs are titled:
- Food1
- Food2 (for when Food1 runs out of pages!)
- Finances (tracking all my spending and storing receipts)
- Credit Card and Buyer's Reward Programs (track your Sephora points, keep track of balances, etc.)
- Reading Log (write down the book you are reading, and what you like about it)
Pinterest has been extremely helpful with providing me with Calorie trackers and motivation that I paste into my journal. Such as...
Great way to easily find calorie and carb counts. Still working on adding more vegetables to my diet; hopefully this will help.
Fitness inspiration!
Journal-ing what I eat is the most helpful tool for me; do you keep a food journal? What have you found is the most helpful way of journal-ing your diet?
Have a wonderfully healthy day!
