Organizing My Life with a Journal

Posted on the 19 January 2012 by Thealyway @DarlingRaquel
To make 2012 my healthiest and most organized year to date, I have decided to journal important tasks/subjects in my everyday life.
I found a brand new 5-subject notebook that I never used for school, and wrote "Aly's Everyday" on the top.
The five tabs are titled:
  1. Food1
  2. Food2 (for when Food1 runs out of pages!)
  3. Finances (tracking all my spending and storing receipts)
  4. Credit Card and Buyer's Reward Programs (track your Sephora points, keep track of balances, etc.)
  5. Reading Log (write down the book you are reading, and what you like about it)
My daily journaling makes me feel in control of my day, and I am able to look back and see what I need to change, what I need to work on, etc.
Pinterest has been extremely helpful with providing me with Calorie trackers and motivation that I paste into my journal. Such as...
Organizing my life with a JournalGreat way to easily find calorie and carb counts. Still working on adding more vegetables to my diet; hopefully this will help.
Organizing my life with a JournalFitness inspiration!
Journal-ing what I eat is the most helpful tool for me; do you keep a food journal? What have you found is the most helpful way of journal-ing your diet?
Have a wonderfully healthy day!
