Guess what I did? I signed up to go to the Saucony presents Find Your Strong event on Friday in Boston, before the marathon! I am really excited to hear inspiring stories from an amazing panel of strong athletes. I am also super excited because Dorothy of Mile-Posts will be there!

And now on to WIAW… because…. It’s Wednesday! Every week, I have to thanks Jenn for making this happen!
I started my day with coffee and cream. I usually drink my coffee black; when I put cream in, it is the best treat ever!
Followed by a bowl of Special K Red Berries, milk and a dollop of vanilla yogurt on top. This could be one of my favorite breakfasts but there is so much added sugar in the cereal and not enough protein to make it an every day meal.
Lunch was a bed of greens with craisins, grilled chicken breast, peppers, cuccumbers and tomotoes.
Dinner was this amazing chicken, broccoli and roasted red pepper casserol. I will post the recipe later on, but it was so simple and really good. All the fillings were drenched in this delicious sauce that made everything so moist and flavorful. The melted parmasian on top pulled everything together. I may have had a couple servings! 
I had two Dove dark chocolate pieces after dinner. The sayings on the wrapper really stuck with me, so I wanted to share them with all of you.
Live your Dreams Be free, Be happy, Be you. 
Both those sayings are something I strive to do every day. Seeing them was a great reminder to keep moving forward and working hard. One day, it will all pay off!
