Home all alone
Listening to the fire burn
Thoughts inside my head
make my heart churn
Missing all the simple things
That made everything so real
Lost in my emotions
Confused on how to feel
Waiting for a new day
Fear and anger driving me mad
Hoping that it won't stay this way
Searching for reasons not to be sad
It's snowing outside
As I listen to the fire burn
Waves of emotion won't ebb the tide
Will my heart ever learn...
