Tarnished

Some of our memories are  precious  and golden. Memories, that may be worthless to some.

But, to you/me/us, it’s tarnish treasure that needs to be polished and renewed. Through the filters of our minds.

Re-seen through the  light at the back of our  eyes. As we feel them like, warmth of holding hands with someone we love.

All, because good memories are vintage and never meant to be sold. But, held cherished and taken off the shelf  when one, has a bad day or needs a smile.
