The fifth film in the Walt Disney Classics series, ‘Bambi’, even won an Academy Award for Best Song (‘Love Is a Song’).
As a teacher you sometimes need to intervene in quarrels big and small between students. I often say – in Dutch – ‘If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all’. I recently discovered that I have been quoting Thumper, the endearing rabbit from ‘Bambi’.
So, here’s Thumper, actually quoting his dad.
