The Chocolate Diet - Looking At The Big Picture

Posted on the 10 May 2013 by Taveren37 @mjgraham

People are noticing that I am losing weight! I have had five different people say that I am looking slimmer! You’ve got to like that! I think that it's even better than what the scales are saying.

Last week I hit a plateau. You know that point where you are still trying and doing everything you should be, but the weight just refuses to come off, no matter how hard you try.
I have noticed this week, the 5 (hopefully 10) kilos that I am trying to lose has started to come off again.

It is hard to diet. It is a challenge, especially when you reach that plateau. You feel discouraged and feel like going out and buying a packet of Tim Tams and scoffing the lot. But this is where I needed some self control I guess. I had to be somewhat hard on myself and just hang in there and look at the big picture and see the thinner, happier person that I could become.  And that feeling! You know the one where you put on a pair of jeans and they fit so well and the zip and button does up without any effort at all. Just brilliant! Then you know that it is indeed worth the effort.

The Chocolate Diet is going great. It is easy and convenient. Definitely not sick of chocolate yet. I am just loving my small piece of chocolate every evening. Such a treat!
