 Quote

Water does not resist. Water flows. When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress. Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you. But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing in the end can stand against it. Water is patient. Dripping water wears away a stone. Remember that, my child. Remember you are half water. If you can't go through an obstacle, go around it. Water does.”
― Margaret Atwood

Questions

What do you feel when you float on your back in water?

Remember a time when you felt utterly at peace in water. Where were you? What did it feel like? How would you describe it?

Lists
Make a list of 5 - 10 areas in your life you are tolerating something: you know, putting up with something that is annoying you so much so, sometimes, that it is always there yet it becomes invisible to you like the squeaky back door you don't hear anymore or the paint stain on the jeans you are wearing.

Bonus: What is one toleration (obstacle) you will begin to go around today?

Make a list of 5 - 10 ways you feel caressed, like in the quotes example of water caressing the hand. (It might be fabric, your cats fur, your lovers hand against the cotton of your shirt when s/he touches the small of your back,  a sip of wine as it caresses your throat as you drink it.)
