The Train Journey...

Posted on the 21 February 2013 by Gracem16 @TSITR_Gracie
I sit on this train, I think back to men that have loved me, wanted to love me and all those men that still have to come and love me. But, I don't wait upon it like it's an urge; I let it come to me. I wait for it to surge and pulsate: for that moment to arrive. I've loved men that have run down the train line, men that have stayed and men that just linger; uncertain. Yet all of them shared something, they all loved me.
Oh, the mouths I've kissed and the hearts I've loved and yet I must always depart. On these lonely trains towards the unknown. Or, to the certain future; a point I've planned with my own doing. And there they remain, remembering that point, remembering all of the future that laid out before us; deserted after that goodbye. They weren't all sad though, we had the good times, we had the memories: sweet memoirs, cherished and loved. Don't forget those memories all my loves, don't forget, please don't forget.
Let us rejoice our train journey we had. Let us commemorate all those journeys, no matter how short or how long lived. I will always remember your faces; your names: James, Ian, Dale. Those precious faces wont be lost to time; for it is these train journeys that makes me remember what beautiful people you were. No matter our ups and downs; we loved didn't we? We had our share of happiness.
The journey must continue now and we must venture on; to new things, exciting things, better things; without you.
