Toronto-on a Rainy Day

Posted on the 24 January 2012 by Paige
Toronto-on a rainy dayI can't live with my art, I have to get rid of it. It's hideous. The vase has definitely got to go. Starting bid is $100, do I hear $110?
Yesterday Nana and Grandad came over and I made them vegetarian curry with rice for dinner, mom taught me how. They just came back from Cuba.
Toronto-on a rainy dayToday I went to Grandma and Grandpa's. Grandpa took me to St. Lawrence Market and he paid for parking but then it was closed. Warning, St. Lawrence Market is CLOSED Mondays. Then we drove to the Eaton Center parking garage. It was very steep and very yucky, Toronto has lots of different and stinky smells. We walked around the Eaton Center, looked around the huge Indigo Book store and the Apple Store. Then we got New York Fries from the food court and ate them beside the fountain. I took lots of pictures of everything. We thought about going to the CN Tower but it was raining and we probably wouldn't have been able to see anything from it, so we didn't. Then we drove around Toronto a bit more and Grandpa talked about the old buildings and I took more pictures. We drove by Fort York, but again it was too yucky outside to visit. Grandpa gave me a bunch of newspaper articles on the war of 1812 to read.
