This might sound a little bit egotistical, but I think it’s pretty unhealthy when another person makes your life worth living. Would that mean that, when this person is gone, you’d no longer have any worth to your life? So I can’t actually name a person who makes my life worth living.
What I can do, however, is state that there are definitely people in my life who make it more interesting. It sometimes amazes me that there can be a person who almost immediately understands you and what you’re about. It’s almost like there’s an instant connection, like you’ve known each other before.
Then there are people that challenge you; they coax you into discussions, make you test your ideas on important subjects. It’s even more beautiful to experience that you can be in a heated discussion with this person, but then have a mellow conversation as well.
Of course there are also people who tend to bring out the worst in you. At the same time, though, you learn certain things about yourself when confronted with these people.
In the grand scheme of things, all people you meet in life have the potential to influence you and your views. I think this is not something to be afraid of, but something to cherish and be proud of. Someone can be anyone.
