This 21-year-old singer-songwriter from England has released one album thus far called “+”. He has received various awards for his music and his song “The A Team” beat songs by the magnificent Adele and Florence + The Machine.
I think the music on the album is soothing and I love his lyrics. The subjects of his songs range from drug addiction (“The A Team”) to a close friend’s miscarriage (“Small Bump”) and relationshisp (“Wake Me Up”).
Personally, I think the lyrics of “Wake Me Up” are brilliant in their simplicity and honesty.
