... to create healthy desserts. This is my new favorite: 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 dark chocolate Hershey kiss, a tsp of Cinnamon, and blend. Freeze for an hour, stir, and enjoy! Takes the place of chocolate chip ice-cream. Sweet Dreams!
