It’s moving day! Vinnie and I need to get up and out of our current apartment today. We move in to our new place IN BOSTON next weekend (Easter weekend)!! Which means we are homeless and house hopping for the next week.
We are mostly packed up, we just have to bring everything to the storage unit and clean a lot.

We started the day with a trip to Starbucks. I ordered an oatmeal and Grande Miso. I just discovered this and it is my new favorite. For those not up on the Starbucks lingo (I am included in that group) it is coffee and steamed soy milk!
Now on to my weekly workouts for this week.
I have found a pattern. This week, I worked on Tuesday and Thursday in the morning and all day I felt GREAT. I was focused and accomplished a lot at work. On Monday and Wednesday, I slept through my alarm and didn’t work out until after work, and let me tell ya… work was a struggle. I couldn’t motivate to do anything. I constantly got up and went to the kitchen to snack, I hardly completed one project. I don’t know if it was just this week or what, but clearly I need to work out in the morning, even if it means less time in my cozy, warm bed.
