The weather has been unseasonably and amazing this week. Yesterday was 85 degrees! Ummm… it doesn’t even get that hot in the summer!
To celebrate the fabulous weather, Vinnie and I had my brother and his gf, Marie, over for a BBQ.
We made BBQ Chicken (which I didn’t eat, but really wanted to) and grilled eggplant, squash, zucchini, onions and peppers. Oh and we also grilled some pineapple as well! It was all so good.
It is really fun to be living like it’s summer, when it is March! Although, I feel like it is going to start snowing next week or something. blep!
I am supposed to go to VT this weekend and ski. That has to be a joke. There can not be any snow!

I am trying to hold myself more accountable for my workouts and track what I did so I can look back and see what I liked and what didn’t work for me. So to do this, I am going to do a weekly summary of my workouts which will keep my workouts all in one place and easy to find.
And since Lindsay is hosting “Fitness Loves of the Week” (FLOW), I thought I would incorporate my weekly workout summary into that. FLOW is a link-up party all about fitness!

Off / walked up to watch Lily race at Waterville Valley
Tuesday 3/20
Elliptical 60 minutes
Wednesday 3/21
3.5 mile run with Vinnie ~ 30 min.
Thursday 3/22
Elliptical for 35 minutes. Random setting on Level 7
Treadmill Interval Workout – Loved this workout. Intervals are such a better workout and I never get bored
Friday 3/23
Elliptical for 30 minutes on random level 7
Total Body Strength – Quick and Effective because it works many different muscles at once.
