I sit amongst strangers,Waiting for a train,
Even though its crowded,
I feel no pain.
Everywhere around me is a world so alive,
And yet inside me, I feel something’s died,
I look around hoping,
To see someone familiar.
To tell me that somehow they still remember,
Of all the times, I meant something to them,
Or maybe somehow I had influenced them.
I know that I am getting late,
And yet, I don’t board any train,
For once, amongst this crowd,
I want to feel the noise.
But alas, all I see is faces,
For whom I really don’t care,
Where is the Love?
Every person that I once believed in has left.
I walk too slow, they said,
Every person I wanna trust,
Has a double face that scares me to hell.
There's a storm coming soon,
And yet there I am sitting and waiting,
I don’t know how long will it be,
But I want to know - Where is the Love?
