I started my Tuesday with a big cup of Joffee Coffee’s limited edition Renewal Roast coffee which was delicious
I had a delicious snack that a threw together on a whim. I toasted some Whole Wheat bread, topped it with about a tablespoon of Peanut Butter Co The Bee’s Knees and a sprinkle of Love Grown Oats. It was a sweet and savory snack; one I will be making more frequently.
I went for a fabulous run in the 60 degree weather. I absolutely love running. Period. The end.
I had a huge bowl of Sambazon Acai Berry Sorbet topped with some more Love Grown oats. This sorbet is completely Vegan, has twice the antioxidants as blueberries, and a great source of heart healthy omegas 6, 9 and fiber.
More snacks…
Dinner of pasta and salad. And, wine of course!
