Welp. It’s Wednesday!
A little while ago, I mentioned Vinnie and I are moving to Boston.
Well, things are happening quick.
We have to move out of our current apartment by Saturday, so we are currently living in empty space and boxes.
Our new lease doesn’t start till April 7th, so we are homeless for a week.
Yup. Homeless.
Nah (JK), we will stay with family and friends, but it won’t be our own place, that’s for sure!
Moving On…

It’s Wednesday which means WIAW. Thanks Jenn for organizing the get-together.

Here are my Tuesday eats.

I started the day with some Chocolaty Steel Cut Oats.

Chocolaty Steel Cut Oats
1 scoop
Vega Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 cup pre-made crock-pot Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 banana

Mix oats, protein powder and almond milk together. The oats may be sticky, so add milk as need be. Mix until all ingredients are blended. Add banana. Eat warm or cold.
*Mine was really chocolaty this morning, so I added more banana to balance out the flavors. Success!

I am a big fan of apples, but I can never remember my favorite kind. WIAW

This week at the grocery store I bought four different kinds so I can figure out my favorite.
I choose Empire, MacIntosh, Braeburn and Cortland. I am going to take note of each kind so I can determine my absolute favorite!

Today’s pick was Empire.

With a side of Mountain Mambo trail mix. I have an addiction to all kinds of trail mix and I need to take control or else I might turn into a seed.

Dinner: A giant salad with everything in it from my favorite sandwich cafe, Me & Ollies.

I love going to salad bars because you can get so many toppings that I never have at home. Maybe, I just need to buy more veggies to have in the fridge? The salad bar seems so much easier.

Questions:
What is your favorite type of apple?
