You stay away from me,Knowing that I love you,
You treat me like a stranger,
And that hurts me a lot.
You are afraid somehow,
Because of your past,
Or because of who you are,
And you don’t want love to touch you.
Sometimes, I want to tell the world,
How much I care for you,
But then, I think about you,
And keep quite.
I would have excepted it,
As my destiny, to feel no love,
But I now know,
You love me too much.
I am stronger than you think,
If only you take a step closer,
Put your faith in me,
I will hold you forever and never let you go.
