So lately I am loving this flavoured water- its by Volvic and it's cloudy lemon. However; I looked at the sugar levels and it is shockingly high! 17.5g - to me that's an incredible amount to have in flavoured water like this is. It's fairly cheap but wow the sugar levels. I just thought I'd send a little caution out to you if you were looking for an alternative to flavoured water, try and find one that is no sugar- this to me is too crazy! I will still drink it but I don't think I will drink it as much!
Too much sugar for me!
