14 Days of Fitness

Today was a great workout! I did mostly cardio and some abs. My legs feel like jello. I did The Arc machine again, and this time I lasted 10 minutes. 

Next I did this new workout from Cassie at Blogilates. I only did the first 2 sets because my legs were killing me. My goal by the end of the month is to be able to the whole workout and be at week 4 for the Couch to 5K. (Wish me luck)

TREADMILL SHREDMILL WORKOUT! It's 45 min long with a 5 min cooldown. This is part of my bikini comp cardio. And yes, you CAN last this long on a treadmill. Trust me. Try it.

Tonight I am going to be planning my weekly workouts and food choices. This is has helped so much since the first week, but I am still not where I want to be with my planning. (This is me being a perfectionist.)
