22 Days of Fitness

Yesterday was a good and bad day for me fitness wise. I did some workouts in the morning like normal. At lunch I walked around West Gate with a co-worker. Night time was the fail of the day. We ate dinner watched the world series then nothing. I did a little bit of stretches, but not enough to do anything.
After having some time off I noticed that I was committing too much to some things. Right now there are TONS of fitness challenges going on, and I would LOVE to do all of them but there is not enough time during the day. So hopefully in the future months I can commit to them, but not right now.
During lunch today (Tuesday) I am going to write about my fitness plans for the week.
