23 Days of Fitness

So I am a day behind on writing these. I usually write these the next day to keep myself accountable. Last night, I worked my core. I mean, they were on fire and shaking. I feel good today. I haven't been doing as much as I would like, but I'm focusing on doing what I can.
I have been stretching more as well. I can tell that I am getting more flexible, but time will tell.
