31 Days of Fitness

Today was the first day at the gym! We got our gym membership this weekend. Prior to me knowing about this challenge.
Today's workout included:
Day 1 of Week 1 on the Couch to 5K: run 1 min walk 90 sec x 8
The next thing I wanted to was Cassie's Blogilates workout for October 1st. I didn't get it in time before my workout so I just did some stretching.
We didn't stay at the gym very long. I actually wanted to stay later than my hubbie. That never happens.
I felt good after the workout. I also felt good this morning too. I don't I'll be able to go to the gym tonight, but I am doing Day of #OMGOctober. I'll let you know how it works out.
