31 Days: Working on My Fitness

Yesterday I found this amazing blog hop called 31 days from The Nester. At first I was extremely confused then Hayley at Hayley's World gave me more details. I love her idea, and wish I would have thought of it first. Her 31 is about being a better person, and what does each day to accomplish that goal. That's where I got my idea. 

My 31 is about fitness. I'm always saying I need to work out. I want to get back into shape. Now no more excuses. I'm going to blog my workouts and my food choices for the day. 

Since I have been dating my husband I have gained 30 pounds. If anyone from high school reads my blog they will be thinking i needed to gain weight. Which I did need to gain weight, but not this kind of weight. I am going to post my workout and some tips I have learned through this all. 


Today is to tell everyone my goals for the next 30 days.
Goals:To lose 10-15 pounds over the monthTo decrease my pop intake to hopefully no pop. Increase my water intakeWork out at least 3-5 days a weekDo Cardio as least 3 times a weekShare the workouts. Most of them will come from pinterestIf there is anything you want from me just let me know! I will be more than happy to help.
