52 Weeks of Gratitidue

I have been doing a lot of soul searching lately, and realized that I am not happy with the person that I am becoming. I have a really great life, but I spend more time complaining about what I don't have or how things can be better. I fail to realize the great things in my life. 
My goal through this process is to be more intentional throughout the day of things that I can be thankful for, and always look towards the positives. Instead of focusing on the negative things. Lauren told me at Renew that What you focus on expands? That is so true. 

Then I found this great post (or series of posts) from Esther about gratitude and knew that this was something that I needed to do. I thought November would be the best time to start considering that November is all about being thankful and having gratitude. I also read One Thousand Gifts. After seing people's instagram with their list of thankful things. I am also giving this a shot as well.
