6th Grade Diary Entry #25

June 24 1998, 
Dear Diary today was great. Jen couldn't reach Jacob on the phone, so I told Ryan and Aaron that I hated Jacob. Our plan was Aaron would tell him in french class, then Samantha would say "Is that true Laura?" While Jacob is looking and I would say Yes. Jacob's bus was right behind my bus so Aaron and Ryan told him and said "Laura isn't that true that you hate Jacob?" I of course said yes. Then James asked me out, of course I said yes (I'm so happy!) We're going to the movie on Friday. Now everyone's mad at me because everyone likes him. Like Sara, Erin (she's convinced he's her boyfriend) and others. Some people in the other class said that I only said yes because I didn't want to hurt his feelings (that's not true). Gotta call Lisa! Bye!
